Weekly Sermons
This isn’t entertainment or motivational speaking, it’s faithful proclamation of the Word.
Listen NowFaithful Preaching
Our Pastor’s sermons are grounded in God’s Law and the joy of the Gospel, drawing directly from Scripture to proclaim God’s truth.
Through the sermon, the Holy Spirit works to convict us of sin, drive us to repentance, and direct us to Christ as our only hope and salvation. The Law shows us our need and the Gospel announces what God has done to meet that need through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
In a noisy and fractious world, the pulpit stands as a place where God’s truth is proclaimed without alteration or compromise. Here, Christ is preached, sins are forgiven, and faith is sustained by the Word of God.

40 for Life: Israel, God’s Discipline for Life
† Midweek of Lent 3 † March 11, 2026
Israel mistrusted God’s Word and promise. The result? 40 years of wandering in the wilderness of Sinai! 40 years under God’s discipline. Yet, God remained faithful to his people and provided for all their needs of body and soul. So it is for us! We are on a journey from death to life in the wilderness of this fallen world. And like the Israelites, we are cared for and forgiven by our merciful God.

Living Water
† Third Sunday in Lent † March 8, 2026
A Samaritan woman comes to Jacob’s well to draw water for the day. Jesus gives her living water – the water that flows from His pierced side and in the washing of Holy Baptism. Jesus will give up his life for her and for the whole world and in so doing will give living water to all who believe in Him.

Faith-Full
† The Second Sunday in Lent † March 1, 2026
Abraham trusted God’s Word. His trust led him to believe God’s promise of a land for him and his descendants. Trust is another word for faith. We have been given faith, just like Abraham. Our faith finds its fulfillment in God’s completed promise in Jesus. Jesus’ death and resurrection bring us life and salvation!

Safe In Jesus
† The First Sunday In Lent † February 22, 2026
We are tempted to sin. We are tempted to despair and doubt. And those times can be our darkest days. Jesus endures the same temptations on our behalf. That is the remarkable truth laid out in the Holy Gospel for this first Sunday in Lent.
